Using WinZip to Backup Millennium Data
Files to Email to CDCI Support
At times, your CDCI Support Representative may ask you to make a backup of your Profit Builder Millennium data files and email them for evaluation or repair. If you already have a copy of WinZip, click here to go to the section “Making a Back Up of Your PBM Data." If you do not own a copy of WinZip, follow the instructions below to either purchase or download an evaluation copy from the Web.
1. Go to http://www.winzip.com. You can select to purchase or to download an evaluation copy.
2. If
you choose to download an evaluation copy, left click on the area that says “Download WinZip 8.1 for Windows

The download should begin automatically; if not, start the download manually by
following the directions that are displayed on the screen.

1. Log onto your email and prepare a new message. When sending a data file you must address the email to the analyst who requested it. DO NOT send any data to support@cdci.com. In the email, be sure to include your company name, your name, phone number and a description of the problem that you are experiencing.
2. Click on Attach and locate the zip archive file (in our example, locate 123101CDCI.ZIP) that we created in the previous step. Click OK and then send the email. You should receive a confirmation from CDCI within 24 hours that your data has been received.
