How do I Add, Edit or Delete an item in
the Sales Item (Billing) Catalog?
The Sales or Billing Catalog can be accessed from the Receivables Customer Billing Window. Catalog items can be added, changed or deleted during invoice entry:
1. Select Accounts Receivable Billing and click on “New” at the top of the list of unprocessed invoices. Select a prefix number and tab through the invoice number field.
2. After you select the vendor, the invoice entry window displays. In the line detail section, enter “S” for Sales item in the first column and tab to the ID field.
3. Press F3 on the ID field to access the catalog.
