What To Do If the PBM Logon Fails

§         If the Millennium logon fails before the Logon screen appears, the QAWLOGON.dat and/or the QAWUSER.dat files are corrupt or missing.  These are the files that the PBMCTL.exe program file calls when it is executed.  The QAWUSER.dat file is called first and contains the user names and passwords.  Replacing the QAWUSER.dat file with a fresh copy will return a Logon windows that accepts user ADM and password ADM.  Other user names and passwords must be reentered using Tools >> Users. 

§         If the Logon window appears and accepts the user name and password but returns an error message, PBM has called QAWLOGON.dat and it has failed.  QAWLOGON.dat contains Company ID information.  When you replace this file you must reauthorize all users for each company they have rights to in Tools > Users.
