CDCI
offers three training options. Whether it is at your
office, over the Internet or in a classroom, CDCI has a training option
that will fit any schedule.
On-Site
Training
Does your company need training and implementation assistance for a new
CDCI product?
Do you have new employees that need proper training?
Working on-site with you in your normal day to day work environment, is
an incredibly effective and convenient way to get the job done.
CDCI starts by clearly understanding your goals and priorities. We then
consult with you on the software setup that is likely to best meet
those goals. A "cheat sheet" is created, documenting procedures that
are unique to your company, so that you won't forget when we leave.
We're right there with you, every step of the way.
Internet-based
One-on-One Training
Imagine getting trained on whatever you need, whenever you need it,
without leaving your office and without blocking out large periods of
time in your busy work week. CDCI's internet-based training lets you
work one-on-one with a CDCI consultant over the Internet.
Classroom
Training
Do you need to get an operator thoroughly familiar with a product that
is already installed at your office? Sending one or more people to
class offers the opportunity to get intensive product training without
office interruptions. The CDCI class schedule shows
upcoming
classes at
our Atlanta headquarters, and in major cities around the country.
For more information on any of these CDCI training
opportunities, please call 800-285-3929 or e-mail sales@cdci.com. We're working
with you to stay ahead.
Here's what our clients are saying about their on-site experiences:
"The One-on-One was much more effective and productive.
Being shown and monitored left me with a feeling that we could use the
product. I was extremely pleased with the preparation for, and
execution of, the training."
Earlene Yelvington with John R. St. John Construction.
"The hands-on learning tailored to your specific company
operations saves time in the overall learning process. The Cheat Sheet
idea (of documenting procedures unique to my office) allows me to
review without a lot of lost time, and helps refresh my memory, so that
I can learn a totally new system in less time."
Sharon Harling with Alden Evergreen Nursery
"The on-site training was great. I do not feel there
was any time that was unproductive. I feel much more confident about
the software."
Anita Dingledine with M. S. Burton Construction
"Excellent! - A visit to your office is the way to go
for training for the entire office staff."
Dieter Tretzen with Quigg Bros
"The quality instruction enabled the operator to get the
desired results faster and without frustration"
Robert A. Hughes with EES Construction
