iLandlord is a software program designed to ease the paperwork and administration headaches of property management. The program's strengths are its simplicity and reporting flexibility. Additionally, Internet based reporting similar to other current CDCI software is in the late programming stages and may be available in July.

The product is shipped on CD and includes a learning companion. Installation is straightforward and similar to other Windows products. iLandlord does not have security blocks and will manage up to 10 tenants for a 90-day period without registration.

iLandlord was developed for use by non-accounting property management personnel. There is no requirement to know debits and credits; no general ledger is kept. The system maintains records on a cash basis; it prepares deposit slips for daily bank deposits and has a check register for all disbursements.

One of the strongest features that support the ease of use of iLandlord is its ability to navigate among function and information. The main menu is a simplified graphic similar to a web page.
