Getting more out of your software
CDCI offers four ways to get you trained. Whether it is at your office,
over the Internet, in a classroom, or with a local Certified
Dealer, CDCI has a training option that will
fit any schedule.

On-Site
Training - Does your company need to come up to speed
on a new CDCI
product? You’ll need consulting
on proper setup, and then training
on that setup for one or more people at your
office. Working on-site
with you and your unique requirements, with
access to any of your office
resources, is an incredibly effective and
very convenient way to get the
job done!

Internet-based
One-on-One Training - Imagine getting trained on whatever you
need,
whenever you need it, without leaving your
office and without blocking
out large periods of time in your busy work
week! CDCI’s internet-based
training lets you work one-on-one with a
CDCI consultant over the Internet.

Classroom Training -
Do you need to get an operator thoroughly familiar with
a product that is already installed at your
office? Sending one or
more people to class offers the opportunity
to get intensive product training
without office interruptions. The CDCI
class schedule shows upcoming
classes at our Atlanta headquarters, and
in major cities around the country.

Certified
Dealer Training - CDCI has a network of support dealers
who stand ready
to give you personalized attention, based
on their history with you and
their knowledge of your needs. Contact
CDCI to see if there is a
support dealer in your area, and then check
out the training services that
he or she may offer.
