- Direct interface with the Payroll module
creates a timecard for equipment while creating
a timecard for the operator
- Equipment costs are dispersed to Job Cost
based on the timecard
- Depreciation of equipment is calculated with
the Fixed Assets modules, and appropriate
postings are sent to General Ledger
- Purchases for equipment maintenance and repair
are handled with Millennium's Purchase Order
and Accounts Payable systems
- Labor for equipment maintenance and repair
are recorded in Payroll and allocated to
Job Cost accordingly
- An interface with the Inventory module gives
you the ability to track items from stock
