"Spool 32” Error Message
If you receive a “Spool 32” error message while when trying
to print in Basic Builder, follow these steps to correct the problem:
1. Close Basic Builder.
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Turn your printer off, count to 10 and turn it back on.
4. Re-open Basic Builder and try printing again.
Note: If you still receive this error, you will need someone who does tech support for your office to reinstall the print driver on your workstation.
