The CDCI Download Center directs you to a product specific download page. All download sites are password protected, with a password that changes each month.

To access the product download page you need, enter the Username (which is BB, CPM, or PB) in the Username field, and the product password (from the email you receive each month that you're current on your maintenance contract).

You can obtain the password from CDCI whenever you need to access a download site. To receive the password, you must be current on maintenance.
